Consultations are offered in her main consultancy in southern Spain and in addition to courses of Brief Therapy which may last from just a few sessions to a few weeks or months, intensive programmes of daily sessions for a week are also available in Ibiza or Somerset in England by prior arrangement. These intensive sessions are ideal for busy people who would like to see fast results.

You have expressed an interest in personal change work and we are delighted to be able to offer you the possibility to join us on a 10 week journey of weekly 2 hour meetings. You may have been experiencing some unhappiness and feel that you deserve more joy in your life, or perhaps, emotions, such as anxiety, depression, anger have caused problems for you personally or for the people closest to you. Perhaps your Doctor has suggested that you may benefit from a course of counselling or therapy.
What are the advantages of Group Therapy?
Group therapy provides a framework for positive change and gives you the sense of inclusion in a small group of people, all of whom are there to explore personal issues in a safe, respectful and confidential environment . Sharing support and experiences means that you can develop new found ways of being within the context of the group which you can then transport into other life situations.

An atmosphere of acceptance, support and tolerance will enable you to feel comfortable about identifying the problems you want help with and identifying and modifying the thinking and behaviour that are at the heart of your problems.
