Málaga Airport Buses, Taxis, Trains

Arrivals and Departures You can check the predicted arrival and departure times of planes flying into and out of Málaga airport by using the AENA link below to the official Spanish airlines agency.

Taxis: There is always a fleet of taxis waiting at the airport. They will take you anywhere on the coast. Generally the taxis only carry four passengers. Check the fare before you set off. Ask for a receipt for your payment if you think you will need to follow up a potential problem later.

Málaga Airport Bus to Marbella Bus Station: The Malaga airport to Marbella Bus Station follows a very strict schedule. You arrive and depart on this bus on the ground floor arrivals level. If you are leaving Malaga Airport, take the lift to the first floor departures area

Malaga Airport to Malaga Bus Station This bus runs every 30 minutes from 6.00am through to midnight. Pick it up outside the arrivals area on the ground floor.

Train: You can travel by train from Málaga Airport as far as Fuengirola.  You can almost set your watch by the  time table, and the trains run from Málaga's main station, RENFE in the centre of Málaga,  right past the Málaga airport and on to the  Fuengirola station which is the last stop on the line. The bus station to bring you further down the coast is only about 200m from the Fuengirola train station and taxis are right there too.
