Check here for the Malaga airport to Marbella bus station schedule. Then from the Marbella bus station you can take another bus from Marbella to San Pedro,

For
this last leg of the journey, Marbella bus station to the San Pedro bus station, you could also take a taxi which would be quicker especially if you are feeling tired. The taxis are in front of the bus station and it will only cost you around € 10.
To get back to the airport, just reverse the process, look at the Summer Departures from Marbella Bus Station column.
