Please look at the schedules for bus routes on the Costa del Sol
Then look at the route for buses from Fuengirola to Marbella bus station. La Cala de Mijas is one of the bus stops on this route, nearer Fuengirola than Marbella.

When you get to Marbella bus station you can take another bus to Puerto Banus, or you can take a taxi which will cost around €10. The taxi will be immediate, you might have to wait a bit for the Puerto Banus bus.
You could always hop on a bus from Marbella to San Pedro or Estepona which also stops on the main road outside Puerto Banus but these main road buses don't go into the port. If you take one of these buses the Port is not far from the main road but don't try to cros the road, always use the underpass from the bus stop on the main road into Puerto Banus.
