Camping is big on the Costa del Sol in the summer and camp sites are occupied during the winter with caravans from all over Europe. All the Km distances shown below are marked on the CN 340 measured from Cádiz so that the further away from Cádiz you are the nearer you get to Málaga.

Camping Cabopino   Ctra. Cádiz N340,  Km 194,7, 29600 Marbella. This Costa del Sol campsite is on the mountain side of the road only 12 kms from Marbella and 14 kms from Fuengirola. There are buses every 30 minutes from Cahahonda in either direction. Facilities are good and Camping Cabopino has a restaurant and a supermarket. Camping Caravaning Marbella Playa S.A    Ctra. Cádiz N340 Km.192.8, 29600 Marbella Tel: (34) 952 83 39 98 Fax: (34) 95 283 39 99 On the sea side of the road this camping and caravan park is very close to beach. It is large and well established. Camping Caravaning Marbella offers long stay facilities to campers and caravanners. There is a footbridge over the main road with a bus stop right next to the camp site. it is surrounded by pines and is only 15km from Puerto Banus.

Camping Calazul. Ctra. Cádiz N340 Km 200 on the mountain side of road. Tel/Fax: (34) 952 49 32 19 29649 right in La Cala de Mijas with a supermarket right next door. There is a nearby footbridge to cross the busy CN 340 to get to the sea nearby. It is a big, well established campsite with caravan stands and is one of the oldest on the Costa del Sol.
